		Dr. Luis C. Favilli, M.D. received his medical degree in 1987 and completed his three-year residency in family practice at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He has operated Favilli Family Practice since 1990 and has structured it to provide the quality care that our patients expect and deserve. Dr. Favilli has served on the board of the Lakeland Community Health Care Foundation and on the board of the Lakeland Memorial Hospital. He was Chief of Staff at Lakeland Memorial from 2002 - 2004.
		Dr. Terrence S. Delikat, D.O. was born and raised in Tampa, FL. He received his B. S. in Biology from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL, and obtained his osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Delikat completed his residency in family practice in West Palm Beach, FL. He is a board certified osteopathic physician who treats all ages and believes in "treating the whole person."
		Fernando Flores, our Physician Assistant, has worked with us since 1994.
